The HALO Center provides Beginning Literacy, ABE, Pre-GED, and GED services in English. We also provide Beginning and Intermediate ESOL classes. HALO is part of the Juntos Collaborative, and is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education and the Holyoke Public Schools.
